The platform currently supports more than 47 customers across the US and Europe and serves over 190 million passengers annually.
The company is rapidly expanding which in turn has created an exciting opportunity to expand its marketing team.
We are looking for a talented Junior Project Manager to join AeroCloud in our Macclesfield office. In this role, you will assist in planning, executing, and closing projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Summary of Role
As a Junior Project Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in project management methodologies, develop strong communication skills, and contribute to the advancement of innovative aviation solutions.
Ownership and Impact
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with Senior Project Managers to support project planning, scheduling, and execution. Assist in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Communication: Facilitate clear and timely communication among project stakeholders, team members, and external partners. Prepare and distribute progress reports, meeting minutes, and other project-related documentation.
- Task Tracking: Utilize project management tools to track tasks, milestones, and timelines. Identify potential roadblocks and work with team members to address and overcome challenges.
- Risk Management: Assist in identifying and mitigating project risks by actively monitoring project progress, identifying potential issues, and suggesting solutions to ensure project objectives are met.
- Resource Allocation: Collaborate with team leads to allocate resources effectively and efficiently. Ensure that project tasks are assigned based on team members' strengths and expertise.
- Quality Control: Participate in project quality control activities by reviewing deliverables, ensuring they meet the defined quality standards, and facilitating necessary revisions.
- Learning and Growth: Actively engage in ongoing learning and development opportunities to enhance project management skills and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and other relevant records.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, preferably in the technology or aviation industry.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
- Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced and collaborative team environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
