About Aldoa
Aldoa is a modern software company on a mission to revolutionize the engineering industry. Our platform helps engineers & technicians manage their end-to-end workflow: from dispatching and collecting data on the job site to generating technical reports back at the office. As a small but rapidly growing team, we’re committed to fostering a supportive work environment where everyone’s contributions are valued and you have a clear path for career progression.
About the Role
As a Technical Support & Implementation Specialist at Aldoa, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience with our platform. This is not just about answering questions - it’s about being a trusted partner to our customers, helping them unlock the full potential of our software. You’ll serve as the first point of contact to solve problems, share insights, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction. You’ll also support our onboarding teams by taking customer data and implementing it into our product in a technical capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance & Ticket Management: Provide courteous, prompt, and practical support primarily through email, but also occasionally through phone and video call.
- Technical Implementation Support: Design and build complex forms, workflows, and configurations directly in the Aldoa platform based on customer requirements. You’ll be translating business logic into working software, not just filling out templates.
- Resource Creation: Contribute to creating and updating product documentation and guides that empower customers to find answers independently.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in a technical support or implementation role.
- Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new software tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, allowing you to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and collaborate across departments.

- An enthusiasm for working with people, listening to their challenges, and finding ways to help.
- Ability to work U.S. Eastern time zone hours.
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting salary in the range of $70,000 to $100,000
- Long-term incentive in the form of a new hire equity grant
- Comprehensive health, vision, and dental plans
- Flexible time off policy
