About Aldoa

Aldoa is a modern software company on a mission to revolutionize the engineering industry. Our platform helps engineers & technicians manage their end-to-end workflow: from dispatching and collecting data on the job site to generating technical reports back at the office. As a small but rapidly growing team, we’re committed to fostering a supportive work environment where everyone’s contributions are valued and you have a clear path for career progression.

About the Role

As an Implementation Manager, you'll guide new clients through the journey from contract execution to go-live. This is not a back-office support role — you'll be the lead point of contact for customers as they adopt our software, owning the relationship end-to-end. You'll need to develop real depth here: fluency in our product and its configurations, a working understanding of the technical mechanics behind customer workflows, and enough command of each customer's business processes to map our tool to how they actually operate. That combination is what lets you troubleshoot in real time, make smart configuration calls, and keep implementations moving without waiting on someone else to translate between "what the customer needs" and "what the product can do."

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the implementation journey: Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple customers, keeping projects on schedule and customers informed at every stage.
  • Translate business needs into product configuration: Learn each customer's workflows and processes, then configure our software to match how they actually operate.
  • Master the product, inside and out: Develop deep fluency in our platform's features, configurations, and technical underpinnings so you can make sound implementation decisions without escalating every question.
  • Guide customers through onboarding: Lead kickoff calls, training sessions, and check-ins that build customer confidence and momentum toward go-live.
  • Troubleshoot in real time: Diagnose configuration issues, workflow mismatches, or technical roadblocks during implementation, and resolve them directly or loop in the right team quickly.
  • Document and refine the playbook: Capture lessons learned from each implementation to improve internal processes and templates for future customers.
  • Be the voice of the customer internally: Surface patterns in customer feedback, common blockers, or feature requests to product and engineering teams.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 2-6 years of experience leading technical software implementations.
  • Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new software tools.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, allowing you to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and collaborate across departments.
  • A creative approach to problem-solving, thinking beyond standard solutions when needed.
  • An enthusiasm for working with people, listening to their challenges, and finding ways to help.
  • Ability to work U.S. Eastern time zone hours.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Starting salary in the range of $80,000 to $120,000
  • Long-term incentive in the form of a new hire equity grant
  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental plans
  • Flexible time off policy
