Your Impact
As a Software Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of Auxia’s technical evolution — driving architecture, scale, and product innovation. You’ll work across distributed systems, ML pipelines, and APIs that power our agentic decision engines.
🔧 What You’ll Do
- Architect and lead the development of scalable, distributed backend systems that support real-time personalization and ML inference.
- Design, build, and own high-throughput infrastructure — from data pipelines to APIs — ensuring speed, reliability, and observability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data science, product, and go-to-market teams to translate AI innovation into production systems.
- Define technical standards and elevate engineering practices across the team, mentoring engineers through design and code reviews.
- Balance innovation and pragmatism, making smart trade-offs between scalability, latency, and time-to-market.
✅ What We’re Looking For
- B.Tech preferably in Computer Science from Top Tier colleges in India
- Senior/Staff Software Engineer, minimum 7 years of experience and a steep trajectory of responsibility.
- Principal/Distinguished Software Engineer, minimum 10 years of experience, hands on with ability to mentor.
- Expertise in Python, Go, or Java, with hands-on experience in Kubernetes, Docker, and modern cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of owning and scaling production systems end-to-end.
- Experience building high-performance APIs, data processing systems, or ML infrastructure.
- A startup mindset — bias for ownership, clarity in chaos, and a drive to ship meaningful work fast.
