Job Description: Analyst, GTM & Product Analytics

Location: Remote (US)

Team: Finance & Analytics

Reports to: Director of Finance & Analytics

We’re looking for an analytical, curious, and highly technical Analyst to join our lean team and partner across GTM, Finance, and Product. This role will focus primarily on GTM analytics, while also contributing to FP&A insights and product usage analytics as needed.

What You’ll Do

Own the Infrastructure

  • Use dbt, Fivetran, and Snowflake to create clean and well structured data models to drive reporting.
  • Develop a deep understanding of source systems, their data models, and how to turn their raw data into analytics ready tables.

Build the Reporting Layer

  • Use Tableau to create dashboards and reports that allow visibility into all parts of the GTM program (Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Support)
  • Build self-serve data tools that allow access of important data to GTM leadership and front line employees.
  • Handle ad-hoc reporting request and turn them into stable models where applicable

Be Flexible

While the main focus of this role will be GTM reporting there will also occasionally be a need to perform analytics related to product usage, FP&A, and other domains.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, FP&A, or a related data role; ideally in a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL with the ability to work in analytical warehouses like Snowflake.
  • Hands-on experience with dbt (models, testing, documentation, version control).
  • Demonstrated experience building clean, intuitive dashboards in Tableau.
  • Strong analytical reasoning: can translate vague questions into clear metrics, models, and visualizations.
  • Experience working with GTM data sources such as HubSpot/Salesforce, Stripe, or marketing systems.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • The ability to reason from first principles and solve problems in domains in which you might be unfamiliar.
  • Experience with SaaS metrics and GTM motion analysis.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Fivetran, HubSpot, Stripe, or product telemetry pipelines.
  • Exposure to experimentation, statistical concepts, or cohort-based analysis.

  • You take ownership of core GTM dashboards and data models, improving accuracy, usability, and trust.
  • You deliver insights that meaningfully influence Sales, Marketing, CS, and Product decisions.
  • You help establish consistent metric definitions and create repeatable reporting processes.
  • You contribute to board-level reporting and internal forecasting with reliable data and thoughtful analysis.
