GTM Systems Manager
Location: Remote (U.S.)
Team: Operations
Reports to: Director of Finance, Analytics, and Operations
We're looking for a systems-minded operator to own the tools and processes that power our go-to-market teams. This role will serve as the primary owner of HubSpot and the ecosystem of tools connected to it — spanning both Sales and Marketing — and will be responsible for making sure our GTM infrastructure is clean, reliable, and scaling with the business. We’re all in on using AI to make operational work better, and we're looking for someone who reaches for AI as naturally as they reach for a workflow builder — using it to move faster, cut manual work, and solve problems that used to require headcount.
What You'll Do
Own the CRM
- Serve as the primary HubSpot administrator across Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
- Manage the data model — custom properties, objects, lifecycle stages, and field-level rules.
- Maintain database hygiene including deduplication, enrichment, suppression, and list governance.
- Build, document, and enforce standards for how teams use the CRM.
Build and Maintain GTM Workflows
- Design and optimize workflows, automation sequences, lead routing, and lifecycle stage movements across both Sales and Marketing.
- Own deal stage configuration, pipeline structure, handoff rules, and notifications.
- Support campaign operations including list management, form optimization, and tracking implementations.
- Ensure lead scoring, meeting scheduling, and routing logic function reliably.
Manage the GTM Tool Ecosystem
- Own the integrations and tools that connect into HubSpot — enrichment vendors, sales engagement platforms, scheduling tools, and more.
- Evaluate new tools as needs arise and manage vendor relationships for the GTM stack.
- Ensure data flows cleanly between systems and troubleshoot integration issues.
Support Reporting and Data Quality
- Build and maintain a clean data model for consumption by AI and traditional BI tools.
- Identify data gaps and create processes to improve completeness and reliability.
- Partner with the analytics team to ensure source tracking, attribution, and lifecycle reporting are accurate.
What We're Looking For
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in CRM administration, marketing operations, sales operations, or revenue operations.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub + Sales Hub). Salesforce experience is transferable.
- Strong understanding of workflows, automation logic, lead routing, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and custom objects.
- Experience managing data hygiene, deduplication, and database governance.
- Comfort working cross-functionally and translating business needs into systems solutions.
- Ability to own projects from scoping through execution without heavy oversight.
- Strong documentation and communication skills.
Nice to Have
- HubSpot certifications (Marketing Ops, RevOps, CRM Administration).
- Experience with enrichment or prospecting tools (Apollo, ZoomInfo, LeadIQ, etc.).
- Familiarity with sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, Chili Piper, etc.).
- Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech.
- Exposure to SQL, BI tools, or data pipelines.
- Experience with using AI (Claude, etc.) for operational work
What Success Looks Like
After 90 days, you have:
- Taken full ownership of HubSpot administration and become the go-to resource for CRM questions across teams.
- Audited and improved the existing data model, workflows, and automation.
- Documented core processes and built confidence across Sales and Marketing in the reliability of the CRM.
- Identified the highest-impact improvements to GTM tooling and started executing against a roadmap.
- Reduced the volume of ad-hoc ops requests hitting other team leads.
