As Implementation and Solutions Specialist at Enboarder, you will be responsible for architecting and implementing customized solutions for our customers. You will collaborate with customers, CSMs, Technical Consultants and Sales team members to understand their customers unique needs, designing solutions during the implementation process and other projects throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes. This role requires an understanding of the HR Tech landscape, and an ability to work closely with Technical Consultants to translate desired goals into mapped workflow solutions.
This role is an initial 12-month maternity leave FTC.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end software implementation process, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Work closely with customers to understand their unique needs and design tailored solutions that drive their success.
- Lead ad-hoc project implementations for existing customers, which will involve both project management as well as building content into the Enboarder platform with customers.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Product team to ensure customer needs and feedback are incorporated into product development efforts, driving product improvements that align with customer requirements.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years experience working in an implementation or solutions capacity, ideally in the HR Technology space.
- Strong project management ability that ensures deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- An interest and understanding in technical fundamentals.
- The ability to oversee the implementation process, and drive continuous improvement to achieve successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management skills, capable of coordinating internal and external stakeholders to meet customer needs and deadlines.
