- Competitive compensation and performance based bonus structure
- Flexible working schedule
- A chance to shape employee engagement and employee experience best practices across the globe
- Company recharge days
About the opportunity
The Contracts Manager is a key member of our Finance and Operations team at Enboarder, reporting to the Chief Financial Officer. This person will work closely with leaders across the business — particularly Sales, Product, and central functions like Finance and People — to review, analyze, revise, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
As our product evolves, particularly the use of AI-driven features, this role also requires awareness of data protection and privacy obligations in commercial agreements, helping ensure Enboarder’s commitments to customers and partners meet legal and ethical standards.
You will:
Contracts Management:
- Manage and coordinate the full contract cycle from initial request and review through drafting, negotiation, and execution, in adherence to SLA’s and company policies, balancing risk with efficiency.
- Work on a broad scope of agreements including software licensing agreements, master services agreements, non-disclosure agreements, partner/channel agreements, and vendor agreements.
- Triage and disposition inbound contract requests, handling basic review cycles and engaging additional legal resources as needed.
- Maintain a precise and organized contracts repository (LinkSquares) so agreements are easily obtained.
- Maintain and improve internal processes, documentation, and best practices to ensure efficiency and compliance.
- Route contracts for signature leveraging e-signature software.
Data Protection & Privacy Awareness
- Support commercial agreements by reviewing and flagging data protection considerations, such as Data Processing Addenda (DPAs) or privacy clauses.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure contracts reflect Enboarder’s privacy commitments and regulatory obligations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
- Work with the legal or compliance team on privacy-related queries from customers or partners.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Interact with internal teams daily and provide clear responses to legal requests.
- Assist in projects that improve contract management processes and documentation.
- Contribute to training or guidance for teams on contract and privacy considerations as needed.
About you:
First and foremost, you’ll live the same values as us. Following closely behind that is a passion for what you do, and motivation to do great things. Our team culture is the most critical element as we move through this exciting period in our development. We want people who are excited to get out of bed every day to be an integral part of the success here at Enboarder – We love Mondays just as much as Fridays here.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Good previous Contracts experience in a SaaS company and an ability to manage a high volume of contracts.
- Familiarity with data protection and privacy concepts, and an interest in integrating these into commercial agreements.
- Experience with contract management systems (LinkSquares preferred) and Salesforce CRM.
- Driven to achieve successful outcomes, collaborating with internal and external partners.
- Excellent organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in GSuite.
