Gappify is seeking a global-oriented, self-motivated Techno-Functional Analyst, reporting directly to the Functional Analyst Team Lead, who can take the lead on the customer product experience from post-sales to go live. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology that will change the future of finance and accounting and allows you to drive real improvement in customers' accrual processes through the use of our Gappify product. This is What You’ll Do at Gappify:

Provide expert guidance and training to customers through live UAT walk-through demonstrations, enabling them to effectively utilize the software's features and functionalities.
Conduct detailed technical reviews of customer configurations to ensure alignment with their specific business requirements and contractual agreements.
Interpret and analyze integration flows of varying complexity within Celigo and NetSuite Saved Searches, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of data transfer and transformation processes.
Collaborate with customers to support and troubleshoot API integrations, ensuring seamless data flow between their existing systems and our SaaS accounting software
Demonstrate a strong technical background and the ability to effectively communicate with Mid-Market customer teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth
Proven ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks for multiple customer implementations with competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Efficiently manage and track multiple implementations of varying sizes concurrently, ensuring customers adopt product and industry best practices.
Collaborate closely with the project manager to guarantee that the software is configured in accordance with customer needs and contractual obligations.
Become a subject matter expert on our SaaS accrual accounting software, actively seeking deeper product understanding and staying abreast of the latest updates and enhancements.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation of review and validation processes, ensuring Jira tickets are closed with comprehensive notes on issues resolved and validations performed.

What You'll Bring to Our Team

Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Technical Expertise in API troubleshooting, NetSuite, Celigo and/or Verisori.
Strong technical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues related to software configuration and integration.
At least 3 years experience in working with ERP systems, preferably in a SaaS environment. (Netsuite, Oracle, SAP, Workday, etc.)
Finance and accounting education or work experience is strongly desired
Strong written/verbal English communication skills are critical.
Very Good customer-facing communication skills, with the ability to understand and address the needs of enterprise customers in a professional and empathetic manner, and provide clear, actionable feedback to other team members.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Proactive Problem Solving, identifying potential risks and resolving issues before escalation.
Ownership and Accountability, ensuring every validated task meets Gappify’s quality standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired knowledge of JIRA and Google Suite.
