Gappify is looking for a Financial Integrations Analyst to join our PS Technical Support team under PS Operations at Gappify. This role is ideal for someone who’s passionate about technology, deeply curious about systems integrations, and excited by the idea of helping our customers get the most value out of their Gappify implementations.

You’ll be the go-to expert in reviewing, supporting, and troubleshooting integrations between Gappify and external systems (NetSuite, SAP, Coupa, etc.) via Celigo, SFTP, or other middleware platforms. Reporting To

What You’ll Do:

Investigate and support Celigo, SFTP, and other customer integration flows with minimal supervision
Understand the architecture and data relationships across ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, etc.)
Troubleshoot integration sync issues (inbound/outbound) and resolve them promptly
Assist customers with API integrations, flat file transfers, and Saved Search mappings
Follow internal support workflows (via Jira or similar platforms) and maintain clear, concise customer-facing communication.
Collaborate with Professional Services Delivery, Customer Support, and Engineering teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing stability.
Proactively monitor system performance and flag potential risks.
Contribute to internal knowledge base and documentation in partnership with our PS Enablement team.

What You'll Bring to the Team

A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 4 years of hands-on integration experience, with a strong preference for Celigo middleware.
Experience supporting finance SaaS platforms like NetSuite, Oracle, Coupa, or Versori
Comfortable navigating flat files (CSV/XML/JSON) and integration via APIs or SFTP.

Familiarity with tools like Amazon S3, SES, and OKTA is a plus.

Proficiency in building and reading NetSuite Saved Searches.
Knowledge of ticketing systems like Jira.
Intermediate-to-advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and a natural sense of accountability.
Excellent communication skills—you know how to keep customers and teammates in the loop.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt and thrive in a startup culture.

Have experience working in a SaaS startup or scaling environment
Understand financial workflows and accounting processes
Are naturally curious, always asking: “How can we do this better?”
