Operations and Office Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our growing team and support the daily operations of our company. Reporting to the Director of Operations, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our office and supporting our team of 55 employees. This is a dynamic and hands-on role that requires a proactive, organized, and solutions-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time, in-person role based in our Rosario office.
Responsibilities:
Office Management:
Oversee the day-to-day activities of our Rosario office to ensure a productive and positive work environment.
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships.
Employee Support:
Serve as the first point of contact for employee requests, ensuring timely resolution of operational needs.
Assist with onboarding new hires, including organizing welcome kits, coordinating IT setup, and facilitating their integration into the team.
Event Coordination:
Plan and coordinate internal events such as our company off-site, team gatherings, and other employee engagement activities.
Operational Support:
Support the Director of Operations with ad hoc tasks and projects to enable agile decision-making and execution.
Work closely with the Operations and Legal Manager to streamline processes and ensure compliance with internal policies.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement improvements to optimize operational workflows and enhance efficiency.
What We’re Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in an operational, administrative, or coordination role.
Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-service mindset.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands with a sense of urgency.
Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
Experience coordinating events or managing office operations is a plus.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
