The Sales team is at the forefront of Salesforce's AI transformation, helping enterprises in the Insurance industry radically scale their operations using e.g. autonomous agents. We're seeking a proven, tactical, and strategic Regional Vice President to lead a team of Account Executives driving growth across our Enterprise and General Business Hunting accounts in Germany.
As a Regional Vice President, you will lead, develop, and inspire a team of quota-carrying Account Executives — setting strategy, coaching high-stakes deals, and driving revenue growth within Insurance, one of Salesforce's most strategic verticals.

What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Grow the Insurance book of business by balancing expansion in existing accounts with new-logo acquisition
- Actively support Account Executives in client meetings, engaging cross-functional resources as needed
- Recruit, hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Lead weekly revenue forecast reviews for the territory
- Coach Account Executives on deal strategy, opportunity identification, and improving close rates
- Report on sales activity, pipeline health, and revenue forecast to leadership
- Continuously monitor and improve team sales execution and productivity
- Define and drive the Go-To-Market strategy for the territory
- Identify skills and hiring gaps within the sales team and build plans to close them
You're Our Person If...
- You have sales experience in enterprise/SaaS, AI automation, robotic process automation (RPA), business process automation (BPA), or cloud enterprise solutions
- You have a track record of leading sellers through complex, long-cycle enterprise deals, coaching on value-based and solution selling methodologies, and helping your team articulate the ROI of autonomous digital workers to C-suite audiences
- Preferably you bring industry expertise in Financial Services
- You are fluent in German and English
