Salesforce is seeking a transformational Regional Vice President to lead the Process Transformation sales organization across EMEA. You will join the AI Labs extended leadership community as a key regional leader. You will own commercial execution across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. That means driving revenue growth, new customer acquisition, expansion and scalable go-to-market motions across a diverse, multi-country, multi-language region.
You will be a trusted advisor to regional and global senior leadership. You will shape the long-term growth strategy for Process Transformation in EMEA and strengthen Salesforce's market position. Success needs a strong customer focus, an understanding of local market dynamics and regulation across mature and emerging markets, and disciplined execution in a complex, fast-evolving organization.
The ideal candidate combines enterprise-scale leadership, deep expertise in business process optimization and process mining, a consultative style, and commercial acumen. They are a systematic builder with intellectual curiosity and organizational agility. They can anticipate market shifts, align senior stakeholders, build and inspire high-performing teams, and accelerate growth in the era of the Agentic Enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Own the EMEA revenue strategy for Process Transformation, driving predictable growth across acquisition, expansion and retention in all sub-regions (for example UK&I, DACH, Nordics, Benelux, France, Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa).
- Shape and execute the EMEA go-to-market strategy. Use industry plays (for example financial services, manufacturing, telco, public sector, healthcare), coverage models that fit each cluster, and partnerships with global and local SIs and ecosystem partners.
- Lead the evolution of the sales motion in the agentic enterprise, helping customers use AI, data and automation to transform their business processes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, Chief Data Officers and COOs across the region. Position Salesforce's Business Process Optimization portfolio as a platform for measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with Solution Engineering, Customer Success, Alliances & Channels, Industry GTM, Enablement and EMEA country and cluster leadership. Deliver a unified customer experience.
- Own business performance and operating rigor: forecasting, pipeline health, inspection and performance management, with clear insights for global executive leadership.
- Build and lead a high-performing, culturally diverse team across many countries and time zones. Foster accountability, customer obsession and excellence, and develop and retain top talent, including regional sales leaders.
- Navigate regional variation in regulation, data residency and privacy (for example GDPR and local public-sector requirements), procurement practices and business culture.
- Lead through organizational and market transformation by turning strategy into clear priorities and decisive execution.
- Advise the Global CRO of AI Labs and the AI Labs Leadership Team on EMEA go-to-market priorities, investment decisions and critical initiatives for scaling the business.

- Curiosity, agility and adaptability in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Fluency in English is required. Additional European or Middle Eastern languages are a plus. Willingness to travel regularly across the region.
