Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Sales Development Representative (SDR) Lead to join our expanding sales team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, a passion for driving business growth, and a proven track record in prospecting for new business opportunities. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels in communicating about technical products, and is committed to advancing their career in sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate qualified sales meetings for senior sales reps
  • Manage sales meetings for sales representatives
  • Conduct both cold and warm sales calls
  • Perform lead generation through outbound calls
  • Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting purposes
  • Identify the specific needs of potential clients
  • Set up the sales team for success in managing client accounts
  • Maintain meticulous tracking of sales activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business or a related field
  • Minimum of 3+ years of recent experience working in the B2B sector
  • At least 3 years of experience in the SaaS industry
  • Individual Contributor
  • Proficiency in using prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Outreach.io
  • Expertise in managing a pipeline within Salesforce
  • Comfortable with cold calling and approaching prospects
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Demonstrated eagerness to learn and openness to coaching
  • Excitement about working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Work Timings: 6pm to 3 am IST
