At Prequel, we enable B2B companies to make data accessible to their customers. Today, we help companies sync data directly to their customer's data warehouse, on an ongoing basis. We’ve hit strong PMF on our core product, and we’re cooking up something new while we scale it. One of the things we pride ourselves on is our world-class support. Our customers include companies like LaunchDarkly, Gong, Metronome, LogRocket, and more. We're growing fast: we hit an inflection point last year and another one since the beginning of this year. Feel free to ask us for specific revenue numbers.

⚡️ What you'll be working on:
- Owning our enterprise support & success motions.
- Working directly with customers to understand the issues they face, and driving resolution both on your own and with the support of our engineering team.
- Designing support & success processes that scale effectively.
- Making our developer documentation world-class.
- Driving our activation strategy with new customers.
As the first hire on the success team, you’ll get to build it from the ground up. You will be given extreme ownership and leeway in how things operate. Our vision of success for the role is one where you are so effective at scaling yourself, the team, and the processes you design that our success team grows sub-linearly relative to revenue and number of customers.
🛠 Skills & experience we’d love for you to have:
- You have 4+ years experience in a customer-facing role for a technical product.
- You are a strong operator, and have experience with process and team design.
- You have stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You’re not scared of getting into the weeds to get to the bottom of an issue.
- You’re dangerous technically, and can ramp up on technical domains you don’t know yet.
- You’re comfortable with ambiguity, and enjoy taking initiative.

Prequel is built on a modern tech stack. We primarily write code in Go and Typescript (React), and given the nature of our product, spend quite a bit of time in SQL as well. If any of this is unfamiliar to you, we're not worried about ramping you up.
