TL;DR
We're the first profit intelligence company for Shopify brands — connecting ad spend to SKU-level sales, inventory position, and profitability so teams know exactly what to scale, pull back on, and reorder.
We're hiring someone to own our entire online presence and build pipeline. One KPI: qualified leads.
You'll have full creative and strategic control across paid and organic. You'll have a video editor and a graphic designer. You'll work directly with our Sales Director for North America. Everything else is yours to figure out!
The Job
Generate qualified leads online. That's it.
You decide the channels, the content, the angles, the budgets, the cadence. You'll have the resources and the access. What we care about is demo requests and pipeline from the right people — ecommerce founders, CEOs, CMOs, demand planners, buyers, and marketers running Shopify brands.
If you need to dominate LinkedIn to get there, do it. If Meta ads with a $50 hook video outperform everything else, run that. If a YouTube series drives more SQLs than anything else, build it. You have the autonomy and the accountability.
What You'll Actually Do
Own the full funnel — awareness through demo request — across paid and organic. That means paid social (Meta, TikTok), paid search (Google), B2B (LinkedIn), video (YouTube), and whatever else moves the needle.
Work directly with the Head of Sales. Pull objections, friction points, and buyer language from calls and deals. Turn that into content that converts. Close the loop between what's working in sales and what's running online.
Brief and direct the video editor and graphic designer. You're the creative brain; they're the execution muscle. You need strong instincts for what resonates with our audience — not just what looks good.
Build and run testing frameworks. Hooks, angles, formats, channels. Iterate fast. Kill what doesn't work. Scale what does.
Own the content pipeline from brief to publish to performance review. No throwing concepts over a wall — you're accountable end to end.
What You Bring
5+ years in performance marketing, growth, or content strategy — with real results to show across paid and organic channels. You've driven pipeline before, not just impressions. (We are also open to someone from the brand side with some B2B experience!)
You think in messaging before aesthetics. You know what makes someone in an ecommerce brand stop scrolling and book a demo. You've got strong opinions about what works, and you're willing to back them with data.
You can work with creatives and give direction that's specific, not vague. You can sit in a sales call and walk out with three content ideas.
You're comfortable with ambiguity. This role has few guardrails by design.
What Success Looks Like
Qualified leads. Pipeline. Demos booked with the right people.
Everything else — impressions, followers, CTR, content volume — is a means to that end. If it doesn't tie back to pipeline, it's not the priority.
